Shipping policy

Delivery timeframes — Be specific and realistic. State estimated delivery windows by region (e.g., Ontario/Quebec: 2–5 business days; Western/Atlantic Canada: 5–10 business days). 

Shipping rates — Clearly explain how shipping is calculated (flat rate, free over a threshold, weight-based, etc.). 

Carriers used — Canada Post, UPS, Purolator 

Order processing time —  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped."

Tracking — Receive a tracking number and how to use it.

Shipping restrictions — Note any items that can't be shipped to certain regions, or any oversized/heavy items (relevant for bulkier RV accessories) that may have special shipping costs.

Lost or damaged packages — Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
